PANTHEIST: Early Albums To Be Released On Vinyl

December 19, 2008

U.K. atmospheric progressive doomsters PANTHEIST have now returned home after a hugely fruitful tour with SKEPTICISM and OPHIS which took them across mainland Europe, with the band gracing for the first time countries such as Slovakia, as well as new venues in familiar countries (for example, a church in Belgium).

Pictures and other artefacts from the "Exorcising the Funereal" tour have been added to PANTHEIST's official web site.

There are plans to re-release PANTHEIST's debut album, "O Solitude", which has been sold out for a while, in 2009 with completely new artwork. Furthermore, the band is in negotiations with Firebox Records to have all three of its albums released on vinyl over the next two to three years.

Although no specific dates have been booked yet, there are plans for PANTHEIST to play three gigs in Finland around the end of May.

PANTHEIST's third album, "Journey Through Lands Unknown", was released in October by Firedoom Music, an extreme doom metal specialist label of Firebox Records.

"Journey Through Lands Unknown" was recorded and mixed by Greg Chandler at Priory Studios, and mastered by Rik Dowding at Sonic Mastering.
